Almost time to go...

It just hit me that in 48 hours I'll be at Boston Logan Airport, soon to get started on my 25 hours of flights to Christchurch, New Zealand.   Thank you to my friends who have armed me with contacts and places to stay in New Zealand, wise suggestions and advice, journals to document my journey, and a magic ring that is believed to bring good karma.  What could go wrong?  Next post *should* be from Akaroa, NZ in ~4 days.
